The Iowa Department of Education has created an online course organized around the 6 competencies listed below.
Before moving on to these competencies, the Iowa Department of Education requires the educator to have a solid foundation on the fundamentals from the course found at this link: Foundations of the State of Iowa's Individualized Education Program (IEP)
